Using the search function there can uncover hidden gems that otherwise aren’t featured on the community sidebar along with all other popular subject-specific Anki decks. A simple custom remote for the spaced repetition flashcard app Anki. Review cards while on a treadmill or across the room! List of buttons, from top to bottom: First row. Launch Anki; Go to Deck Overview; Quit Anki (with confirmation dialog) Second row. Backspace; Select deck; Escape; Third row. Go on Google images, search for something relevant, and quickly copy/paste it or screenshot into Anki. Knowing your shortcuts will save you loads of time here. If you have a diagram you want to test yourself on, like the Kreb’s cycle, you can block certain segments of the image and create cards that way.

Very good for my need. The ability to use ink on the screen is a great feature, especially for math problems. The developer is very responsive. Sync with Anki Web is coming. All in all, excellent program.

This app is too complex. It'd be great if it was simpler, more of regular flashcard app for quick study with a card-flipping setting, quizzes, etc. The aesthetics of its design could use some improvement too. I never used it for importing or exporting decks.

This app is great and simply sync with anki pc 💻, import decks that you creat on 'pc anki' and export to onedrive or dropbox, then import it to this app on your WP mobile, thank u 😊

Everytime you close anki on ur pc, export it to a file saved in dropbox or onedrive, then just import it to your anki universal in mobile. Simple ^^. Thanks.

I love this app because it lets me import my anki cards. However, the decks are not updated or synced with AnkiWeb. This features is needed! If you need the code, it is already written in Java and available for free to see on github. AnkiDroid you can see how it links to ankiweb and translate the code to C#. This is the best Anki card app I've found so far. I enjoy using it. It works great. I wish there was a way to only review part of a deck at a time. I found the setting to not show new cards in the deck until I have mastered the beginning cards.

There doesn't seem to be any way to import/download decks from Anki which makes this pretty useless for anyone that already uses Anki. Top left button doesn't do anything. No menu pops up when it's pressed or held.

For whatever reason, when I make my own cards with images it doesn't seem to upload the images to OneDrive. After making my deck, I downloaded the data on my phone/ desktop, use the app on my phone, sync'ed when I finished using it. When I go back to my laptop to sync to continue my progress, the deck Without any images are downloaded and therefore I lose all my medias from the deck. All the screenshots and pictures are nowhere to be found in Onedrive or in the computer. Thanks for the prompt reply. However, sync media setting is On across all my devices. If I had backed up media file I could re-import them and they'll keep working for a while

It seems like I can't use multiple note types (for example, Basic and Cloze) within the same deck, which is pretty limiting. I want to be able to ask different styles of questions without making a whole new deck. If this is possible and I just haven't been able to figure out how to do this, please let me know. Otherwise, I like the design of the app and it seems to be working well so far. I haven't tried syncing it to an AnkiWeb account yet though.

I really like the interface of this app, but I can't seem to figure out how to get LaTex working, and most of my flash cards contain LaTex code. Can't use app until LaTex is supported.

The app seems well-designed and I was looking forward to using it but I cannot seem to import decks. I am using Anki on my Win10 laptop; I exported the decks first as Anki deck packages (.apkg) then I tried as plain text and the Win10 mobile app just says: Error! Can't extract the package. This may happen if the app is not allowed to access your package or the package is corrupted. I really want to try and fix this - can anyone help? If that is not possible, I would like to know how to sync with my AnkiWeb account or OneDrive - I don't see any way of signing in or accessing my decks. When press the top-right sync button, I am not prompted to enter any sign in details, it simply starts (unsuccessfully) syncing.Any help would be great, thanks! :)(I'll give more stars when fixed)

Menu doesn't open and cant see how to import anything, otherwise looks promising... edit: yeah, the problem was fixed by following your instructions. Two stars off for not syncing with ankiweb, and the audio shows 'invalid source' when I sync with my windows phone. Edit again: figured out how the audio stuff is supposed to be imported, so now at 4 stars
